Purchasing Photographic Art from Artistic Photography

Artistic Photography 's limited edition prints are photographed by award winning photographer Karl Ernhardt and are available to purchase exclusively from the Artistic Photography's online store. Each photographic art work has its limited edition print range and the number of editions available will determine the price of each print.

Each product item from Artistic Photography's Online Shop is available as one single Limited Edition Print per order. There is also a maximum numbered Limited Edition Artwork available in each range in the Limited Edition Numbered collection being made available in various sizes or print finishes. The Limited Edition Number is displayed on the Mat Board or Canvas Print per Artwork sold along with the Artist Signature).

Artistic Photography's limited edition prints are priced in Australian Dollars as per the limited edition print and also come with the option of 1) a photographic printed version with one of 6 different Art Frame option sizes and colours, White Frame, Black Frame, Beech Frame, or 2) a canvas printed version, with the customer deciding on the version when confirming the order.

Option 1 - The photographic printed version comes in the choice of one of 6 different frame option sizes and colours with mat board protecting the artwork. The frame colours are White, Black or Beach Wood Frame. The customer can choose only one of these frame options prior to the assembly of the artwork. A 25% deposit is required from the total amount per product item sold. This enables the Limited Edition Artwork to be professionally printed and finished in the art frame which has chosen by Artistic Photography to complement the photographic art print. A sample of the art frame can be viewed prior to final confirmation of order.

Option 2 - The photographic artwork is a Canvas Printed version stretched out on a backing frame suitable to support the canvas. When ordering a single canvas print a 25% deposit is required from the total amount per product item sold. This enables the Limited Edition Artwork to be professionally printed and finished in the canvas art frame which has chosen by Artistic Photography to complement the photographic art print. A sample of the art canvas frame can be viewed prior to final confirmation of order.

Information on the Pre Order Art Purchase Process

When pre ordering an art piece from Artistic Photography's online shop as a pre-ordered limited edition print, we will confirm the following: the availability of the item, order details, the finished art work option and delivery details with the customer before a 25% deposit is made and the limited edition art work is printed. The limited edition photographic art work will be printed only after a deposit and confirmation has been made.

All limited edition photographic art prints will come with a Certification of Authenticity signed by the Artist. The current photographic art collections which are either printed on paper or canvas have a non visual digital watermark unique to Artistic Photography. This also helps insure its authenticity.

Artwork purchases through Artistic Photography's Online Shop are currently only available with the Perth Metro and Mandurah area of Western Australia. Artistic Photography's online store product currency prices are in Australian Dollars.

All limited edition photographic prints are subject to availability. To ensure that limited edition prints are numbered in sequence, once a limited edition artwork is pre-ordered, and an order deposit provided, the artwork will then be printed and numbered from the limited edition collection and signed by the artist prior to delivery.

Within the shopping cart of Artistic Photography's online shop, products will be displayed as available or unavailable. This is either that the limited edition print is no longer available or that the print run for the limited edition print or canvas print has been temporarily paused.

All limited edition photographic art prints will come with a Certification of Authenticity signed by the Artist. The current photographic art collections which are either printed on paper or canvas have a non visual watermark unique to Artistic Photography and also have a copyright notice on the artwork. This also helps insure its authenticity. All photographic art on Artistic Photography's online shop and each photographic art piece ordered from Artistic Photography's online shop is copyright by the artist with the artist owning the copyright of each artwork being made available. All of Artistic Photography's online store gallery artwork images also have digital watermark and a copyright notice.

Artistic Photography - Online Shop Information

Artistic Photography's Online Shop uses SSL encryption during the pre-order art purchase. As no payment is made during the art purchase as it is a pre-order only, the customer details are emailed to Artistic Photography and no details are store within a database.

Artistic Photography's Online Shop - Pre-Order form is emailed directly to Artistic Photography for validation and to the customer ordering the product as an email confirmation of the email submission from its online shop. The form submitted also shows the ip Address of the email sender for validation. Artistic Photography also has a high end email filtering system that scans the email for further validation. Once the pre-order has been validated the final order will then be completed.

After the final order is placed an Invoice is provided to the customer of the ordered item and purchase details on delivery of the product.

All photographic art pieces from Artistic Photography's online shop are Invoiced (No GST) with the pre-order and official order also showing the Non GST pricing.

Artistic Photography - Refund Policy

Artistic Photography's photographic art prints are limited edition prints and after being printed are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery. The photographic artwork purchased is also inspected by the customer on delivery prior to full payment being made. On delivery of the photographic artwork the customer needs to sign that the official delivery has been made. All photographic art prints and canvas prints use high quality art materials. If in the event there is a noticeable defect in the art material or print quality within 14 days of purchasing the limited edition item from Artistic Photography or from Artistic Photography's Online shop on this website, the limited edition photographic artwork will be re-printed, or a credit note or refund provided on the return of the artwork purchased, provided this is requested within the 14 days of purchase. The limited edition item number will still be the same item number. For any returns or refund requests within 14 days of purchase from any items purchased from Artistic Photography's online store on this website, the photographic art piece ordered through Artistic Photography will be thoroughly checked and inspected by representative from Artistic Photography to determine the item was as is prior to delivery and not damaged after its purchase having been inspected by the customer, and or a representative from Artistic Photography when or prior to delivered.
