Artistic Photography 's website and online store may gather information and details from a customer when the customer is using the Artistic Photography website to send an email or place a pre-order from its online shop.

All details and information emailed to Artistic Photography from its online shop is used to correspond to the customer or client regarding a query or a pre-order or order placed from its online shop. Artistic photography uses SSL encryption from its website and online shop and does not store order details on an online database from its online shop.

Artistic Photography's website and online shop requires "Website Browser Cookies" enabled during the shopping process making it easier to place a pre order and to navigate through the product range. Once a pre order is placed, the pre order details and customer details are emailed to Artistic Photography in which these details are used to finalise the order. On submitting the Pre-Order, the "Web Browser Cookies" from the online shop are removed from the web browser.

Some online forms on Artistic Photography's website may have the option to opt in to receive subscription emails regarding, specials or newsletters that may become available. If opting into receive these emails the client or customer can also choose to opt out in the future. The details gathered and stored in these subscription emails from Artistic Photography, only store the name and email with no other personal information. Due to the strict Privacy Policy by Artistic Photography we have chosen not to gather additional customer information on these subscription forms as they may be stored on an external database in order for the subscription email to function.

The Artistic Photography Online Store has a pre-order feature which includes the customer or business details of the individual placing the online pre-order. This is emailed directly to Artistic Photography so a staff member can finalise and confirm the order. This information is not stored in a database and is only emailed to Artistic Photography as well as the customer who has made the pre-order.

Artistic Photography's Online Store - Pre-Order form is emailed directly to Artistic Photography for validation and to the customer ordering the product as an email confirmation of the email submitted from its online shop. The form submitted also shows the ip Address of the email sender for validation. Artistic Photography also has a high end email filtering system that scans the email for further validation.
